Hello and Welcome to Evie’s Kitchen.  @eviecooks

My pasta sauce is the corner stone of most of my recipes, many of which you will find in my cookbook. My mother created this recipe as a young girl in Cordova, Argentina and it has become a favorite among family and friends since.  Argentines believe in living life to the fullest, ”Eat and drink well and love to your heart’s content”, something of which I pour into every jar.

My sauce is made from the freshest organic ingredients, with the utmost of care. It is produced locally in Pasadena, California. I hope that you will enjoy using it as a key ingredient in your favorite lasagna, gnocchi, and manicotti recipes or just over pasta with parmesan cheese.
