Hello and Welcome to Evie’s Kitchen.
My pasta sauce is the corner stone of most of my recipes, many of which you will find in my cookbook. My mother created this recipe as a young girl in Mendoza, Argentina and it has become a favorite among family and friends since. Argentines believe in living life to the fullest, ”Eat and drink well and love to your heart’s content”, something of which I pour into every jar.
My sauce is made from the freshest organic ingredients, with the utmost of care. It is produced locally in Pasadena, California. I hope that you will enjoy using it as a key ingredient in your favorite lasagna, gnocchi, and manicotti recipes or just over pasta with parmesan cheese.
